Refund policy

GOWUTAR's goal is to provide our customers with high quality affordable optics and we take responsibility for the quality of our products! All our customers with optic sights are entitled to 60 days risk-free return and 3 years technical warranty, and customers with iron sights are entitled to one year warranty. The warranty does not cover intentional damage and physical damage.


About Return and Refund Policy

1. To complete your return or get warranty support, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We can also look up this information based on your order number for website orders.

2. If you received a defective optic, we offer a refund or exchange within the first 60 days of your purchase. 

  • Contact us within the first 60 days of your purchase. 
  • We promise to pay for the costs of warranty shipping (within USA) to you, only for defects. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us. 
  • The item must be properly packed in the original box with all accessories.
  • If we are unable to find defect with your item, it may be replaced with an open box item we have tested and deemed to be in good working condition.
  • For items we are able to diagnose but cannot fix, we will replace with a sealed and brand new unit unless your item is discontinued.

3. For returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect, such as "the optic that does not fit your firearm", we offer refund or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase.

  • Contact us within the first 30 days of your purchase. 
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us and for shipping costs.
  • The item must be unused and properly packed in the original box with all accessories, in the same condition that you received it.

4. No restocking fee is required for the defects. All other refunds or exchanges are subject to 15% of the purchase price as a restocking fee, this will be deducted from the refund or customers pay it voluntarily.

5. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns after 60 days from the date of purchase.

6. We may voluntarily replace items broken via physical damage, drops, accidents, acts of god, or for any reason not due to a manufacturing defect, but they are not expressly covered. Whether broken items are caused due to manufacturing defects is determined by GOWUTAR at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to deny replacements due to physical damage, drops, accidents, acts of god, or for any reason not due to manufacturing defects including normal wear and tear.

7. Once your return is received and inspected, we will refund you or reship it within 72 hours in accordance with our return and refund policy.

8. We reserve the right to inspect and refuse any returns that are not in original condition.
